Originally produced by Haruo Chikada in 1989 under the tagline “Bringing house music into the living room,” Fade Out is a seminal work from the dawn of Japanese club culture, gaining strong support around the legendary Shibaura GOLD scene.

This highly anticipated 12-inch release features the 2026 remastered original version alongside rare and previously unreleased remixes by an exceptional lineup including Haruo Chikada, Soichi Terada, Hiroshi Fujiwara, and OMB (Daisuke Yamagishi).

Now being rediscovered by European DJs and collectors as a key title in the revival of Japanese techno kayō, Fade Out captures a defining moment in Kyoko Koizumi’s ever-evolving career and Japan’s underground music history.
