Originally released in 1998 to mark their major label debut with Warner Music, this first album by the artist transcends the boundaries of stylish J-POP influenced by the Shibuya-kei movement. Before going major, the band had already released two indie singles in 1997, both of which are featured here alongside their debut single Futagoza Graffiti.

This edition also includes three bonus tracks that were previously only available on the Futagoza Graffiti single: Sayonara Daisy Chain, Futagoza Graffiti - INSTRUMENTAL, and Ame wo Mikubiruna - INSTRUMENTAL—the same content as the 2016 vinyl release.

For this 2025 reissue, the album has been newly cut using the 2014 remastered audio as the master source.
