We sell brand new records. Records are always unplayed. Most of the albums offered are sealed and shipped in sealed condition except in three cases:
- The album was not sealed by the label in the first place. Fortunately, this is becoming a common practice. This prevents the seams splits. In this case, the albums will be shipped outside the cover.
- We decided to cut the seal ourselves. We do this often if we know the record has a poor quality paper inner-sleeve. We open it and transfer the record to the poly-inner sleeve.
- You ask us (right after you place your order) to remove the records from the covers before shipping.
Please note: we know how to send even sealed records safely. We have a proven way of packing them. Records packed this way have always arrived intact after overseas shipments.
We always use brand new, strong cardboard boxes for shipping. Mailers used by us have appropriate dimensions and rectangular shape. They have crash zones to protect the corners of the records.
Shipping times and tracking
If your order does not include any preorder items, 99% of the time we will ship within 48 business hours.
If your order contains a preorder item, the whole order will be shipped after all items will be in stock.
We always use tracked shipping unless the buyer's country does not provide this service. For example, Australia Post does not track our registered mail. The situation is more complicated during the Corona pandemic, but we always do our best to ship your orders safely.
We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of your items and your shipping address. You can see your actual shipping rate at checkout when you enter your shipping address.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of your order minus shipping costs in exchange.
If your order is delivered damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We consider such cases on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
