We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition, and we will refund the full amount of your order minus shipping costs in return.


For overseas shipments, due to delivery and packaging conditions, there may be poor condition of the album covers as below, ie:
- minor damage on the corners
- dents
- seam splits
Such cover defects will not be the basis for refunds or replacement of the album.

Unless the above items cannot be played by defects, we will not accept exchanges or refunds in this case.

Plastic Stone Records is also not responsible for minor manufacturer imperfections in records, such as vinyl warping or hairline scratches. The store is not able to check for these types of imperfections, as most merchandise is shipped to customers in steal sealed condition.

Only if the needle starts skipping and listening to the record becomes definitely impossible will we replace it or refund your money.


If your order is delivered damaged in any way, please email contact@plasticstone.net as soon as possible with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We consider such cases individually and we try to offer a satisfying solution.
