Mondo, in collaboration with Back Lot Music, is thrilled to unveil the concluding chapter of the iconic Jurassic saga: Michael Giacchino’s compelling score for JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION.

Giacchino's musical journey began at Disney Interactive Division, where he initially composed for video games. His connection with the Jurassic franchise traces back to his involvement in scoring the temp track for the video game adaptation of The Lost World: Jurassic Park during his time at DreamWorks Interactive. Eventually, Steven Spielberg, the franchise creator, enlisted him as the game’s composer, marking the first PlayStation game with a live orchestral score, recorded alongside members of the Seattle Symphony. Fast forward 25 years, and Giacchino returns full circle with this monumental soundtrack for the epic conclusion of the Jurassic era. Recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London, the score features 87 orchestra members and 30 choir members. Fans can anticipate Giacchino’s signature tongue-in-cheek track titles, adding a playful touch to the score cues' action.

Mondo, having previously released all Jurassic World franchise series albums on vinyl, invites fans to complete the trilogy with the Jurassic World Dominion release. The vinyl package boasts custom artwork by the talented Justin Erickson of Phantom City Creative. Additionally, the release includes liner notes contributed by Jurassic World architect and Dominion director, Colin Trevorrow, and is pressed onto 180-gram webstore exclusive color vinyl, ensuring a collector's delight for Jurassic enthusiasts.
