To celebrate the 25th anniversary of DAIZAWA RECORDS, Kinoko Teikoku’s 2013 debut album eureka is being released on collectible Clear Purple Vinyl as part of a special colored-vinyl series.
Released in 2013, eureka is a landmark album that beautifully captures Kinoko Teikoku’s distinctive musical world. Innocent, delicate vocals intertwine with finely crafted melodies and a restrained, atmospheric sound, while an underlying intensity gradually emerges from the album’s quiet beauty.
The result is a deeply emotional and immersive record that vividly showcases the unique atmosphere and artistic identity that made Kinoko Teikoku so captivating.
This special vinyl edition is part of a four-title series bringing Uzuninaru, eureka, Long Goodbye, and Fake World Wonderland to analog format on colored vinyl. All four titles are scheduled for release on September 9, the same date as the release of the much-discussed 100-yen single “Tokyo.”
