Following three outstanding EPs released over the past three years on L.I.E.S., Tzusing presents his inaugural LP for the label. Within, listeners are treated to seven tracks of meticulously crafted electronics, unmistakably showcasing the artist's signature industrial-infused sound while expanding it into a realm far beyond the typical beats of metal clangs. Emotional, dark, and potent, the literal translation of the album title, "Invincible East," draws inspiration from a character (a swordsman) in a Jin Yong novel. This character must make the ultimate sacrifice to gain knowledge and undergo transformation. The narrative seamlessly aligns with the artist's firsthand experiences living and traveling throughout Asia, creating a haunting soundtrack for a grim future where only a brave few dare to challenge the prevailing power structures.
