Set against the gritty backdrop of New York City, this dark and dynamic martial arts superhero comedy brought together the four beloved ninja turtles alongside an array of memorable characters including Master Splinter, Shredder, Casey Jones, April O’Neil, and The Foot. Notably, the film achieved record-breaking success as the highest grossing independent movie of its time and went on to inspire sequels such as The Secret Of The Ooze in 1991 and beyond.
