In honor of Tatsuro Yamashita’s 50th anniversary, six albums released under the Moon label between 1983 and 1993 are being reissued on vinyl and cassette. “MELODIES,” the first album following his transition to the Moon label, marked a significant shift in his musical direction from his earlier RCA/AIR days, showcasing his evolution as an artist. This album features a diverse range of tracks, including the beloved Christmas classic “Christmas Eve,” “High Pressure Girl,” and “Merry-Go-Round.” This reissue includes detailed liner notes by Tatsuro Yamashita himself.
