Andrew Hulshult’s bone-chilling score for Iron Lung, Mark “Markiplier” Fischbach’s feature-length directorial debut, arrives on vinyl.

The soundtrack is a deeply unsettling blend of thrumming synths, cavernous reverb, nerve-shredding percussion, and vast atmospheric passages that never fully let the tension disappear. From the heartbeat-like “Asleep at the Wheel” to the thunderous impact of “Fate Welded Shut,” Hulshult’s carefully curated tracklist captures the film’s claustrophobic horror.

Mastered for vinyl by Joe Caithness and pressed on heavyweight LPs, the release features haunting sleeve artwork by creature designer and storyboard artist Molly Brown, inspired by the organic and cursed iconography of Iron Lung.
