Freeform Jazz, released in 2016, represents a bold departure from Uyama Hiroto’s earlier work, offering an adventurous exploration of his musical identity through an experimental and deeply personal approach to composition. Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, the album stands as a defining chapter in his artistic evolution.

To mark this milestone, roph recordings is bringing the album back to vinyl in a long-awaited reissue. The original vinyl edition was released in 2017 in limited quantities through the German label Vinyl Digital and has since become a sought-after release among fans and collectors.

While the original pressing was not available as a domestic Japanese edition, this new release will finally bring Freeform Jazz to vinyl as a Japan-pressed edition, making this influential album available once again in a new physical format.
